Canon HV30 Magic Bullet Looks Test
I was playing around with Magic Bullet and did a color enhancement of one of the hand held clips I shot at the bookstore today. I used one of the Looks presets. This is the result. (I apologize for the shaky footage, but I'm learning to shoot hand-held. Any pointers, outside of using a stabilizer, would be greatly appreciated.)
This is a great product and I love the limitless color enhancement possibilities that Looks offers, but I was shocked and amazed at the EXTREMELY long rendering time. The above clip is 1 min, 14 sec long; the rendering time was 17 minutes. That's compared to the last video I made, which was 4 min 12 sec long and only took about 9 minutes to render. I'm sorry, but I think that's ridiculous. That being the case, I will definitely use MB Looks sparingly. And when I do use it for a full video, I will have to set it to render before I go to bed.

I would like a decently priced stabilizer that provides more solid support and is easier to learn to use. What do you recommend?
