Samsara, the term for the belief of an endless cylcle of birth and suffering.

Conrad Anker, Jimmy Chin and Renan Ozturk travel to the India's Garhwal Himalaya to attempt Mt. Meru, considered the 'center of the universe' in Hindu and Buddhist cosmology. The stunning symmetry and position of the steep east face has been a lure and lodgestone for climbers who have attempted it for the past 20 years.

The team spends 20 days of life on the cliff face with ten days of food through major storm cycles on a hanging platform smaller than the size of a single bed. They push to the very edge of what they thought possible and rediscover why they are drawn to suffer in such sacred and beautiful places.
A creative film produced by the athletes, Samara is an unfiltered perspective into a powerful Himalayan climbing experience.
