Know what I just thought of, using a truck and mounting a couple chairs in the back temporarily for stability, record from the side and over the cap views. that way maybe no car views.

Don't worry... We don't make habits of breaking the law. The area we were videoing is not as dangerous as it appears. You can see traffic coming and that stop sign is a 3 way stop.

the one thing I like about this video was the stability of the shots.
if you go onto my page I have a longboarding video and it was a struggle for me to keep the camera still.
so congrats on the amazing task.
