this is a video art piece which is a play on contemporary visual culture, where today it is common place for people to perform to a camera in a domesticated environment. upon closer inspection if we listen to the lyrics from the Queen song, we can begin to see the irony of the situation preforming to the solitary camera as if it were a type of confessional to the self but then in turn exposing the intimate situation to rest of the world via the internet. The paradox of the performer or entertainer is likened here to role of the visual artist.
