My ride one peaceful morning, on June 23, 2007, on my Catrike Road recumbent trike. Just a great morning ride for about two hours after breakfast. Makes one happy to be alive and healthy. The Music is by Iris Dement, My Morning Comes Around ... and it just soothes my soul. Pretty big feat for a hard rock and blues kind of guy! Her voice just bores into my brain.

The location is just 30 kms Northwest of Calgary, Alberta in the foothills of the Canadian Rockies. It is early in the morning and little or no traffic on the rural roads through ranching country.
