The WEVA (weva.com) Special Awards Committe informed me that I have been selected to receive the Community Service Award for 2009. This award recognizes WEVA members who have donated their time and skills to produce effective and inspiring video stories, such as "2009 Survivor's Cup American Cancer Society's Relay For Life, Katy-West Houston" for non-profit organizations. I will be officially recognized during the opening night festivities to be held on Monday, Sept. 14th at the 19th Annual WEVA Wedding & Event Expo 2009 at the Hilton Hotel and Resort in Orlando, FL which takes place Sept. 14th - 17th. Thank you WEVA and the Special Awards Committee for noticing my effort to help the American Cancer Society with my video story-telling art.
