Smack-A-Duck Walkthrough
A walkthrough of Smack-A-Duck 1.0, for Mac Laptops (after 2005).
Smack-A-Duck is an accelerometer-triggered audio impulse for use in sidechain effects. Its named after its original intention for use in a 'ducking' (sidechain) compressor. Here I walk through how to use this with Live. The video was recorded in one try using the built in mic. For this reason, you can hear both the actual sound of me hitting the laptop and the resulting audio at the same time.

5 months ago Hey man, thanks for viewing my demo reel. Love this setup you got going! This is great for people who don't have midi touch pads or who are just on the go. I didn't know macs had that built in. Anyway, glad to see your using Live and doing creative things with it. -
D. Kuntze 3 months agonice one ! :-)
