Hi, my name is Chef Vicki Mancuso and my earliest memory of cooking was standing on a chair in front of the stove with my mother Josie when I was 7 years old and learning how to make what the Italians call "Sunday Gravy". (otherwise known to non italian individuals as Marinara sauce). This and other times like it instilled in me a love of food that bore a passion to become a chef.
I hope to bring some of the joy to others that I was lucky enough to get in my mom's kitchen - good food made from scratch and served from the heart with love and laughter.
