This is a stop motion animated film created about the day the Earth is invaded by fried eggs.
I became very interested in stop motion animation in 2009. One day, while I was painting the ceiling with peanut butter, I had the idea of making a stop motion film about fried eggs. I was fascinated by the french animation 'Panique au Village' with it's wonderfully bizarre stories and jerky movements, and wished to try something similar. I started making this in January 2010, while still studying at high school. It took up much of my free time, and in January 2011, I finished the film..
I entered the film into the Berwick Film and Media Arts Festival in September 2011 and won the Chris Anderson Award for Best Young Film Maker. I also showed it at Leeds Young People's Film Festival in 2012.
