The Cumberland Office of Children Youth and Learning (OCYL) is a municipal department created by Mayor Daniel McKee and established by ordinance in February 2007. It is the first of its kind in Rhode Island. Our mission is to help foster a comprehensive learning environment for children in the first two decades of their lives while promoting youth civic engagement.
