Dude, you gotta get a 5d mkII AND get sponsored. Whats wrong with getting paid to do something you absolutely love? Nothing :)

    Awesome stillmotion vid, well done.

you can also downsize the footage.
  • Andrew Kornylak plus 6 months ago
You mean downsize it to hd? The frames from this are between 6 and 12.5 megapixels
  • Benoit Daoust 5 months ago
wellllll... what's wrong with it !!
are you affrais of quality !! ;)
    joking :)

You can downsize it for sure... and also after it you can to a batch downsize of all the images after.
  • Andrew Kornylak plus 5 months ago
Well, this video has already been downsized to HD... The point is that the original frames here are 2-4 times bigger than HD with higher color depth.

Beautiful. I appreciate the Bon Iver...I would have used something else (which is why I DON'T make still motion flicks).

I love your work man...Triple Crown '09 Horse Pens 40. I expect to see you there.

  • That was great; have you had the buffer extension mod to your D3? Or do you shoot in JPEG to keep the file size down?
  •
  • Andrew Kornylak plus 3 months ago
Thanks Simon - I dont have the buffer extension mod... it would definitely be useful. Even with it, I would probably still shoot jpeg though.

As an ex-skater who came in around Bottom Line and lost faith around the overblown hip-hopping of the scene, its really good to see people just rolling and appreciating what they do. Lovely work.
