My friend Rod who is a ghost hunter was asked to investigate a ghost who has been seen in the Royal Oak Golf club. This ghost is a young lady who was brutally murdered by her fiance in the 1920's and was buried in the sand pit of the 9th hole. In the beginning of the video a horizontal smoke of fog travels across the screen which is the ghost of Royal Oak. Ghost presence can be detected by extreme temperature changes or with high tech equipments.
