It was the height of our Scottish summer that Jen and Tony had arranged their wedding ceremony however on that day, the 7th of July 2012 in Queensferry and the rest of the country, rain drenched the landscapes and flooded the seas.
Of course what better couple to handle this weather than Jen and Tony with their outdoor pursuits. It might have been slightly wet but you would not have noticed by the couple or their guests. A summer wedding was planned and a summer wedding was to be had. "Get out the ice cream, let the drinks flow and be merry" seemed to be the words on everyone's lips as they danced into the night.
There were many noticeable personal touches that made Jen & Tony's wedding day their own. Our favorite though was the home brewed ale which Tony himself had whipped up in his spare time! Neither Gregg nor I drink ale however I must confess it takes a brave soul to learn the brewing craft and manage to pull of such a unique wedding favour and have it be successful. Well done sir!
Jen & Tony you befriended us from the moment we first met and you are both warm and welcoming individuals. Thank you for allowing us into your lives to be a part of such a special day!
