To launch the Give and Take Scheme's 'Personal Development and Mentoring' External Evaluation, we brought together young people, volunteers and staff from across Include Youth, as well as the funders of that aspect of the Scheme, for a fun day (or what we like to think of, our very own little Olympics).
A massive thank you to Belfast City Council and the Belfast Activity Centre for allowing us to have the 'run' of their space; to Big Lottery NI, Children in Need and Volunteer Now for their continued support; to Cadbury's, Coca-Cola Moviehouse Cinemas and Dundonald International Ice Bowl for donating prizes; and to all who came along and got involved. Oh, and a big thank you to the rain, for staying away for the day!
Here's our day in 90 seconds to Glen Harkin's take on Elvis, Stranger in My Own Hometown. For more information about the work of Include Youth visit: includeyouth.org or for more of Glen's music visit: soundcloud.com/glen-harkin
