wilddivine.com We chose the title of this week's guided meditation How to Meditate with Dean Ornish because the essence of this meditation is beginning the practice of guided meditation by becoming aware of the breath and mindfulness. The serene images also share a theme of setting out on a path, which many of us do when we meditate. Some of us more than others when our mind wanders, we just bring it back and allow our focus to be on the breath.
