The Bowdoin Organic Garden, or BOG, produces about $25,000 worth of organic produce for the college dining halls each year. Some produce is also donated to the local food pantry.

In its 8th season, the organic garden has plots on campus, off of Pleasant Hill road in Brunswick and in Freeport. A few students work on the garden in the summer, along with the organic garden manager and assistant, and some also volunteer during the year.
