In the beginning of the Spring 2012 semester, Marymount University's Rowley building began a multi-step renovation. The renovations started with the lobby of Rowley and worked its way down to the academic floors. The first floor of Rowley now has brand new resident rooms and a user friendly lounge in the lobby (which will be great for studying). The highlight of the renovation is the bottom two academic floors with new classrooms, lecture halls, office and small intimate multimedia study room.
