This week we drink a classic favorite in the craft sour beer world Kriek 100% Lambic from Cantillon brewery, and since we we're ready to quit puckering we followed it up with a new sour release from The Bruery, Sans Pagia. Pucker up buttercup, this show is sour!

Stephen's still sporting the extreme ginger look, Matt wants to feed the sour monster within him, and John pours early cause he wants the best lambic in the world to breathe a bit.

On Master Pairings, Bill is joined in the kitchen by Stephen, sans red hair, for a delicious pairing of Green Flash Rayon Vert and Sushi! Also we introduce Bill's newest family member IPA .. IPA is a dog. ;)

After the delicious sushi, Stephen spills the money shot, won't pronounce the beer properly, and we all get a bit more funky with the Bruery's Sans Pagia.

On Saturday, Stephen will be at the Great Nebraska Beer festival, and will be hosting a panel of craft beer social media peeps talking about how social media has helped launch the craft beer revolution.
