It was a bit difficult pulling apart this nice HD footage to make it seem like it was filmed in super 8. If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably just purchase a super-8 camera and transfer it to digital. The end result looks more like "old movie" effect rather than "super-8" but I did learn quite a bit about applying effects and transitions in final cut.
