Runaway Sun is a Blues Rock and Americana band from Houston, TX. Formed in April 2009, the band has enjoyed much success in its debut year with the release of a four-song EP that garnered solid reviews in the local press and an official showcase at SXSW 2009. The band is releasing "The Bridge" in July 2009, a ten-song LP recorded at Houston's historic SugarHill Studios.
