This animation shows tropical cyclone Irene's wind vectors and modeled (1) storm surge, and (2) total water elevations, the latter of which also includes the tides. A zoom-in to the New York City area is shown to the right. The animations are discussed in a blog past at: http://wp.me/p1chAh-pU
