which programm do you use for cutting your videos?

The jello problem comes cause the CMOS sensors read out line by line. So if you do fast pans the image get lagged cause the readout is too slow.
Bit i think tie image lagging in the example comes from using slowmotion with imageblend and/or exporting with interlacing instead of full frames.
