What seems to be an ordinary day in downtown LA becomes a series of "mysterious" encounters. To some it's just a meeting with a girl in a red leotard and red face-paint, to others it is an invitation into a fantasy world that only reveals itself in full on video. Painting the Town documents a spontaneous exploration of chroma-key compositing performed on the streets of Downtown Los Angeles.
