6 months ago Don't be L.T. It's some of the best green tea you can have and a great tea for beginners to get started with because it is so easy to make and so easy to like. Just make sure to get the water temperature right, if you're not certain, err on the side of cooler than hotter. -
James Pritchard 6 months agoLooks like powder paint, but will give it a try. Been experimenting with mixing my own leaf teas recently. -

6 months ago That's a rad tea kettle. Who makes that? -
Lise G 6 months agoKevin, when you first started drinking these kinds of teas, did you like them? Or did you aquire a taste for them? See, I love tea but the kind I like is your typical iced sweet tea. I love it. And I bought your samovar tea kit because I do want to try and drink more tea. So far I've only tried the Ryokucha tea, which does smell great! Just like Jesse said, it smells like cereal. Kinda like Honey Smacks without the honey. But... I didn't really like it. And I'm disappointed that I don't like it. Am I not giving it enough of a chance? -
Kevin Rose 6 months agoLise, the Ryokucha is definitely is definitely a big jump into green tea, it takes time to develop your palate. Try the Chai next and let me know what you think! -
Alan Natale 6 months agoGoing on week 9 without coffee and I was able to dodge the headaches with organic white tea. Just sharing a tea success story with you Kevin. -
Green Tea Powder 6 months agoGreat explanation even though we're not the tea company featured in your video. I hope it's okay to post your video on our facebook fan page. Had no idea that you were genuinely really into tea. BTW, matcha can be made with either tencha (gyokuro) or sencha or a blend of both. -
Stephen Wise 6 months agoI just started branching off from being an avid coffee drinker to learning new teas as well, especially types I'm unfamiliar with (most of them/I can write a book on coffee, and eventually i'd like to be able to say the same for tea). I Just got an Oolong Tea, with green/black leafs, apricot, -2 other ingredients I can't recall as well- I think I'm mixing it wrong, it seems watery, light yellow, and tastes watery. Are a lot of teas normally like this? If this is uncommon, what's a great way to make it turn out more potent? -
Aiya America 6 months agoThank you Mr. Rose. Cheers to the healthier lifestyle! -
meg colombo 6 months agoMy dad used to make traditional Japanese tea bowls. -
Ryan Temple 6 months agoJust curious, how come the bananas have to be frozen? And how much is a little bit of soy? That sounds really tastey! -
