The distribution of gum was mapped and the coordinates translated in sounds.
Each piece of gum has a sound with unique frequency and length directly relating to its position.
The Space was made sensitive to movement by using PIR sensors and laser triggers linked to an arduino/Max patch which played the sounds in the sensing zone when the audience moved around the space.
