Fubble was my team's invention for the Strategic Design Thinking module as part of the Master of Design Ethnography program at the University of Dundee.
The brief asked us to create a research probe that would allow a major mobile telecoms company to better understand the emotions and problems experienced by customers who leave them for other service providers. This is our one-minute pitch for Fubble made for a telecoms company audience.
