Kip Rondy is an organic farmer who grows micro greens, mushrooms, squash, kale and lettuce. It's being sold all over Ohio, but mostly to local restaurants here in Athens. The benefits to local produce are plentiful including freshness, local economic growth, and knowing where your food comes from.
