Emerging Chefs and Chef Nowak put together a daring twist on the "fourth meal," featuring a multi-course celebration of all things Brunch. When the clock struck twelve, Chef Nowak introduced a bold tradition for his new restuarant - The Black Pig (theblackpigcleveland.com). The Chef created a dynamic late night diversion, overflowing with rare meats and cheeses, eclectic music soundtrack, and exotic drink pairings. Over fifty hearty souls joined Chef Nowak and Emerging Chefs under a blue moon with a stunning view of the City.
Plates were set at Midnight on August 31st on the great patio at the all new Black Pig on West 25th Street.
