The Philharmonic Society is delighted to announce the inauguration, at the magnificent Segerstrom Center for the Arts, of an exciting new partnership with Carnegie Hall. Thanks to the generous support of South Coast Plaza, our first collaboration will bring Carnegie Hall's Ancient Paths, Modern Voices to Costa Mesa, California, from October 11 through November 24, 2009. This fascinating celebration of Chinese culture will include performances by major artists and ensembles appearing at Carnegie Hall, as well as partnerships with Southern California cultural institutions.
