Documentation of Action Painting (Masculine Expressionism).
Action Painting is a series of adrenaline-filled painterly animations composed using shapes and sounds sampled from Hollywood action film sequences. The project is presented as a multichannel video installation, projected onto large-scale painting canvases.
This video demonstrates how shapes were collected from gunfire scenes and transformed into painterly forms for the creation of the animation "Pitter Patter Splatter."
