Created as part of a studio internship with the brief of an overly elaborate rodent annihilation device in a Steampunk style. Almost fully realised in Blender using the internal renderer and compositor with some very minor post work in After Effects and Premiere.

    Brilliant, I love the wings on the sides of the clampers where the pistons attach.

    If you really rendered it within Blenders internal renderer, than your amaizing. Period.
    I've done so many tests with the internal renderer to get realistic look, but didin't even come close to this real. Awesome work. If possible can you share some info on the lighting? thanx
