Trinidad de Cuba is the most preserved colonial city in the world. Visiting this magnificent city its like entering a time warp.
Trinidad was founded in 1514 by the Spanish conquistador Diego Velasquez and became a major centre for trading sugar and slaves for almost 200 years, but now this city is one the best visiting place in Cuba.
The city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.
