when i broke my ankle in the early summer of 2007, i was the strongest i have ever been... i had been making quick work of lines at the threshold of my ability. after the break, not climbing was a demoralizing and unacceptable concept. this video portreys my revolt, staged over a couple of too-warm mornings at the garden of the gods/snake pit along with bryan johnson, fellow gimp. beer and immobilization boot bouldering before lunch time. not so bad.
