•Men’s Rx- 500 meter Row, 12 Bodyweight Deadlifts, 21 Box Jumps at 24”
•Men’s Scaled- 500 meter Row, 12 Deadlifts at 1/2 body weight, 21 Box Jumps at 16”
•Women’s Rx- 500 meter Row, 12 Bodyweight Deadlifts, 21 Box Jumps at 20”
•Women’s Scaled- 500 meter Row, 12 Deadlifts at ½ body weight, 21 Box Jumps at 12”

For the Scaled version step ups are allowed as a substitute for Box Jumps, but this is not allowed for the RX version.

Remember, you can perform the 3 Benchmark WODs in any order you would like, but all 3 must be completed and submitted to your dashboard by September 29th at 11:59 PM EST.
