15 medium shrimp
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp basil
1/4 tsp chili powder
pinch of salt
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil

Cover the shrimp in the pepper, onion powder, basil, chili powder, salt, garlic, and butter. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium. Lay the shrimp down in a single layer and cook a few minutes on each side. The shrimp are done when they turn bright pink.

2 tortillas
vegetable oil

Cut rounds out of the tortillas and fry them into chips. If you don't have round cutters, just use a knife. Salt the chips when they come out of the oil.

avocado spread
hot sauce

Assemble the bites with a chip on bottom, avocado spread and shot of hot sauce in the middle, and a shrimp on top.
