Pilot's Paradise - Aeropelican
Again a trailer for another fantastic ORBX product, which was released about two month ago. I'd like to introduce the beauty of Aeropelican airport and it's awesome surrounding.
In this clip I applied a so called HDR lightning effect during the capturing process in FSX, which made the scenery look a little bit darker here on Vimeo, so if you want the full pleasure of the video I recommend to download the original file or at least try to watch it in full screen mode. There are so much details in this scenery you might miss, if you only use the default size of this media player control. Any comments are very much appreciated.

Thanks to you and John Venema for producing this lovely place in the world of FTX :)
I can only say that I never saw anything so real...
FANTASTIC...
Do you mind posting your specs...!?
I wonder if Intel Q8200/GForce 9800GX2 will run smooth like that.
Intel E8600 CPU @ 4 GHz,
NVidia GTX280,
4GB Corsair Dominator RAM,
2 * 500 GB HD,
1 * 1 TB HD,
1 22'' LG Monitor,
1 19'' Medion Monitor,
TrackIR Pro,
Microsoft ForceFeedback Joystick
New projects will come definitely :)
The mood is so catchy that one must be dying to be part of flying. I have always admired complexity and execution of your videos. You have been a great teacher to me Andreas and so much help. Excellent scenery. Thanks

In my clips there is always a huge overhead, so they are far from being perfect :)
Magnificent video, it is a true pleasure for eyes and spirit.
As all your videos I can say that you are an ARTIST.
You explain that we can download your video, you could give us a link because I would like really having this original video.
Best regards.
Olivier.
In this case it's an mp4 file you will get and which should be playable with the normal Windows media player.
