Central Michigan University students from a variety of programs including Child Development, Interior Design, Family Studies and Honors recently partnered with Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit to re-design hospital rooms to provide a more cheerful and bright environment for children.
The project "Brooke's Dream" was completed in memory of CMU alumna Brooke Wise, who passed away in an automobile accident in 2010.
"We are so proud of the CMU students who helped this project come together," said CMU associate professor Pamela Sarigiani. "To be able to be a part of Brooke's legacy is an honor. We know this will make a difference for children."
