UPDATE: Fixed.
I downloaded JkDefrag and spent the last 4 hours defragging all my drives. Everything's smooth as silk now!
UPDATE AGAIN: Nevermind.
Not sure what's going on. Several other people have told me they're experiencing the exact same thing. Some blame Firefox, some blame Vista SP2.
I think I'm just going to reformat. Ugh.

But all other computers in my house stream video just fine. And running a speedtest, I'm getting over 3 mbps. It's only when streaming video!
I guess I just really needed to defrag my HDD's (used JkDefrag).
I'll probably end up using both cameras in my web series.
