Seven former counsel to New York State governors – and one current counsel – will participate in a panel on the evolving role of the New York State Office of Counsel to the Governor, including the application of the law to policy and the relationship between policy and politics.

The event took place at Albany Law School on Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
