Tom & Camille McKinney reside in Litchfield Beach, SC. Their son, Mark and his partner Steve have been in a committed partnership for 17 years. They live in Charleston, SC.
This is a video of Mr. and Mrs. McKinney testifying before the SC Judiciary OPPOSING the bill/amendment (which passed.) They were the ONLY parents in South Carolina to testify.
This video was taken by Sunhead Projects in 2005. We followed HR3133 with video equipment from its inception to when it was voted on by the public as Amendment 1 in 2006.
HR3133 was an early version of Prop 8.
