1. oF + Mac Speech = ofxSpeech

A speech recognition and synthesis addon for openFrameworks. It wraps around the Carbon speech APIs in OS X so it only runs on the mac at the moment (hope to extend it for use in windows and, perhaps, linux).

It's still a work in progress, code available here:

Thanks, I had tried the sphinx code a while back and had a chance to talk to Theo about a little bit during Art and Code. It was him who suggested I had a look at the speech recognition engine in OS X.

There are still some issues, but things like loading vocabulary words and things of that sort seem to be simpler.
