A quirky gang of Pittsburgh comic book artists investigates the legendary New Dimension Basement Sale - a bi-annual event during which a pop culture treasure trove of over half a million comics is opened for public perusal and consumption. The gang includes Ed Piskor, an artist and first-timer to the sale, who Rolling Stone calls “the next big thing in books”. In this documentary short, great comic books are unearthed as well as emotions that reveal something of what it means to be an artist in the 21st century.
