Awesome! Saw the beautiful truck in Red Hook the other day... think it will work in the back of my old Volvo station-wagon?
  • Without a doubt! Give it a go!

Brilliant. "What country are you from?" - hilarious! I especially liked that authors did not simply dump a ton of regular soil into this half-ton truck, but came up with a solution that takes into account trucks capabilities. This is not just a video, this is a well-thought project documented on video.

Wow, great idea. Truck beds probably see a lot of sun.
  • Well, we certainly have the unusual advantage of being able to drive around to find the sun (or the shade, on particularly sweltering days...).

This made me laugh! Oh how I love farming... Great film. I had also never heard of styrofoam use in soil but a quick search revealed that it's quite common in container garderning. Lovely music too!

It simply amazes me how people come up with entirely new ideas and concepts. I was riveted by the cinematic style, music soundtrack, and the entire concept of the video. I enjoyed this immensely.

Loved the idea of using an old grey, or is it a gray, Dodge pickup for the truck farm. If they grow corn and distill it into ethanol, it could become the answer for Chrysler's alternative fueled Dodge pickups in the future. I also liked the film style using a musical narrative to tell the story as it instantly reminded of the Farrelley brothers' "There's Something About Mary". I want to see episode 2.
