This was the finals for CrossFit Tillman Training (Cedar Park) 6 week Epic Challenge. Competitors performed this wod and repeated it 6 weeks later. Prizes were awarded for most improved times and best overall time. We had scaled levels for beginner and intermediate as well as advanced levels. The workout was
21 dead lifts
15 kb overhead squats (rt arm)
9 burpee pull ups
6 tire flips
9 burpee pull ups
15 kb overhead squats (left arm)
21 dead lifts
