What lenses did you use?
I have a closet full of FD lenses I use with my LetusExtreme that I'm dying to put on the GH1 when they finally get here!!!!

Thats the kind of stuff that I want to see from the GH1. Did you used all your FD lens: 28mm f2,0, 50mm f1,4, 135mm f2,0 from your previous video?

Matzeb, I bet if you shoot 1080p 24 with a very high shutter speed like in this video - the codec can take just as much beating without any artifacts.

Well what you "bet" is unfortunately not really true (at least according to most who own them). It is an awesome camera for sure but for you to say that is kinda silly I guess. I mean, what is your reasoning? There is just as much bad looking footage from this cam as there is good looking footage if you look at what is out there. There are certain settings that definitely cause the codec to break down. And high shutter speeds with 1080p 24 seems to be a surefire way to find codec breaks and artifacts based on what I have read.

I hope you're not posting overworked videos, shooted with steadi, mattebox, filters, etc.. as being "just few shots in the street" to push people to buy this camera :)

But I browsed a lot this site and I saw a lot of footage created to tease enthuziast users to buy cameras.. compact cameras ussually.
Nice movie, in this case. I am curious what is the depth-of-field if you use only the kit lens..
slowmos are done in 720/50p. You can slow it down so smoothly, because you shoot 50 full progressive frames. If you don't want the slowmo you can simply speed it up in the editor or drop it in a 25p timeline
Which adapter did you use to mount the FD's?
I get my GH1 in 2 days. Can't wait. :o)
