Auto Attendant

Solgari Auto Attendant provides businesses with a significant competitive advantage by ensuring that all incoming calls are handled automatically and professionally while also providing significant productivity and cost saving features for outbound calls. When customers call a business, they are always greeted by a professional attendant that will get their call routed to the appropriate person or cell phone. Auto Attendant is available as part of Solgari’s Enterprise and Small Business Hosted PBX offering or can be purchased as a stand-alone service. Typically small companies with less than 10 users may have an interest in only using the Auto Attendant service.

Contact Centre
