Nice. I really like the dark tone of the beginning, but it gets a little too sweet in the end. Almost wrapped up like a nice present. Maybe there could be some sort of twist?

Also, I didn't really get what the kid shows Santa... Is it one of the good kids to inspire him again?

Otherwise, pretty good pacing. A stronger punchline will really make this shine.

lovely and schmaltzy, just like a christmas film should be, leaving the kiddies with a sense of warmth and hope. The pacing and visual storytelling reminds me of Raymond Briggs, especially his book/film The Snowman.
