We know it can be really difficult to capture space in the crowded residency curriculum, and it can be even more difficult to persuade department chairs and program directors of the value of a dramatically different approach. So, when we interviewed Dr. DeBusk, we asked her to help us understand how she was able to accomplish these challenging tasks.
