Cant believe the depth of field with this! Looks really smart... who's the band by the way? they sound really good?

The reason the depth of field is so shallow is that I was using an 80mm shooting at T1.4 - It looks good, hard to control though when handheld.

Looking forward to seeing how all the work turns out! Busy schedule by the sounds of it! Have you figured out a way to keep the camera steady? That's really the only issue I consistently have with my 5D. That said I'm sure there is a way around that in AE or Final Cut I haven't seen yet.

Shooting this band live tonight with 3 5Ds!! Then we'll see how it handles the hand-held... Going to have one on a tripod with a 24mm then 50mm and an 85mm hand-held, one at the front (50mm), and one at the back (85mm)

Jon - Finally got to see Cotton View! long time but worth the wait. Landscape shots are stunning and incredibly beautiful and work in response to the desolation of the narrative. The film is simply moving on all levels, a joy to experience and watch. Loved it!!!
