This episode helps you bring the spa experience home - well at least our favourite part, the food! We start with a refreshing Coconut, Lemongrass and Pineapple Smoothie spiked with Iceberg Vodka. Howard gets started making delicious crab cakes, spiced with italian parsley, cajun spice, soya sauce and green onions coated in delicious panko breadcrumbs. Chef shows us just how easy it is to prepare one of howard's favourites, ahi tuna with white and black sesame seeds. Placed on a bed of stir fried veggies and greens with a delicious plum dressing, this tuna will revitalize you! How about another vodka treat? Phillipe Sommers of Iceberg Vodka stops in to show us how easy it is to use simple ingredients for a quick cocktail. The crab cakes are cooked and that means its time for a sauce! Chef creates an incredible tomato herb coulis to complete the dish. And for dessert? Julian of Asian Pear and seasonal berries in a Phyllo Cup featuring Grand Marnier. Add in a sumptuous glass of Riesling from the 20 bee's and you have a spa getaway meal without the hefty price tag!
